Warranty Policy

Nutan & Vybe Eyewear

At Nutan and Vybe Eyewear, we stand behind the quality of our eyewear. Every product is designed to meet high standards of durability, comfort, and optical performance. Our warranty policy ensures that you can shop with complete confidence.

1 - Year Manufacturing Warranty

All eyewear purchased from our website comes with a  1 year - manufacturing warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in frames and lenses under normal usage conditions.

What the Warranty Covers

The warranty covers the following manufacturing defects:

Frame Issues

  • Manufacturing defects in frame material

  • Loose or faulty hinges

  • Structural defects in frame construction

  • Frame breakage due to manufacturing fault

Lens Issues

  • Manufacturing defects in lenses

  • Coating defects (peeling or bubbling)

  • Optical distortion caused by lens production errors

If a defect is confirmed, the product will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear, including:

  • Scratches on lenses caused after use

  • Accidental damage or drops

  • Broken frames due to improper handling

  • Damage caused by heat, chemicals, or solvents

  • Normal wear such as minor hinge loosening over time

Products showing signs of misuse or negligence will not be covered under warranty.

Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Contact our customer support team.

  2. Share your order number and issue details.

  3. Provide clear photos of the product and defect.

Our quality team will review the claim and confirm whether the issue qualifies under warranty.

If approved:

  • The product may be repaired, or

  • A replacement product of similar value will be issued.

Inspection & Approval

All warranty claims are subject to product inspection by our quality team.

If the product qualifies under warranty, the repair or replacement process will begin immediately.

If the issue does not qualify under warranty, customers will be informed and offered a paid repair option if possible.

Warranty Validity

The warranty is valid only when:

  • The product is purchased from official Nutan or Vybe sales channels

  • The original order details or invoice are available

Warranty coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
