Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Product is damaged
  • Product is defective
  • Wrong product delivered

Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/video).


2. Return Conditions

  • Product must be unused
  • Must be returned in original packaging

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Prescription lenses
  • Customized eyewear
  • Used or physically damaged products after delivery

4. Refund Process

  • Refund initiated within 5–7 business days after approval
  • Credited to original payment method only

5. Return Shipping

  • If issue is from our side β†’ we bear shipping cost
  • Otherwise β†’ customer bears shipping cost
