Refund & Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
- Product is damaged
- Product is defective
- Wrong product delivered
Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/video).
2. Return Conditions
- Product must be unused
- Must be returned in original packaging
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Prescription lenses
- Customized eyewear
- Used or physically damaged products after delivery
4. Refund Process
- Refund initiated within 5β7 business days after approval
- Credited to original payment method only
5. Return Shipping
- If issue is from our side β we bear shipping cost
- Otherwise β customer bears shipping cost
6. Delayed Refunds
If refund not received within 10 days:
